What I do

Most analytics tutorials show where to click. I try to teach the whole workflow: what to track, how to implement it, and how to check that the data is right.

Teach

Online courses on Google Tag Manager, GA4, JavaScript for GTM and first-party data. Practical, tested on real setups, and updated when Google changes things (which is often).

Write and record

Hundreds of in-depth guides on the Analytics Mania blog and tutorials on YouTube, most of them answering one question: “how do I track this?”

Speak

Conference talks, podcasts and interviews about Google Tag Manager, the data layer, server-side tagging and first-party data.

This is an amazing course for everyone who does their first steps in GTM implementation, helpful if you are switching work from another tool like the Adobe DTM to Google GTM, and in general if you want to become more technical and comfortable with the topic of implementation. The way that Julius has designed and leads the course is great, very understandable, easy to follow. Additional resources and links provided are extremely helpful. I would totally recommend it – thank you Julius for providing such a fantastic course!

This GTM course was really well done and helped me learn how to think about using GTM rather than just how to set certain things up. Because every website is different, there isn’t one unique approach to GTM and this course helped me understand how to diagnose the way a website is built in order to properly track what I need to track. I used this methodology immediately after passing this course for a new project that came in and needed form tracking in a hard to track form.

I found the course extremely well structured, very comprehensive with loads of useful extra resources. Pace suited me, dense with information but inviting to rewatch items, when necessity comes. Great mix of strategic thinking and hands-on application in the tool. Many clarifying connections to Google Tag Manager. Good amount of critical notes and warnings regarding not-so-perfect or not-yet-available elements of GA4. Learning how to create the reports, but also (and even more) how to plan them for best use. Nice and calm presentation, no unnecessary frills. Absolute recommendation!
